Q: New Spotting While On Nuvaring?

I have been on the NuvaRing for about 7 months now and I haven't had any problems. My period isn't supposed to start for 6 more days, but last night when I took my NuvaRing out just for a little bit- I noticed there was some light pink-red "blood" I guess. It was thick, unlike blood (sorry if this is TMI) and there was just a small amount of it. I never spot before I get my period. Do you think this is something to be concerned about?

well this just happened to me as well and i did a little research and it is common to bleed(spot) while on the nuva ring, ony time to be worried is if its heavy and last more than seven days
