for the past two years my partner has notice that i have problems eating, if i eat food without the aid of a drink i end up in tears due to the pain in my throat as food is going down. i have had this problem for some years but as i'v got older its got a lot worse too the point when i wont eat certain foods now, i make sure i chew my food properly. for one plate of food i.e chicken, mash potatoes and veg i have to have two pints of water and if it is anything like pie (which i don't eat anymore due to the discomfort) it can be anything up to four pints. i have to drink this much to soften the food up and force it down.

can anyone help its really starting to affect me now Crying or Very sad

Have you been to the doctor to have this checked? It could possibly be a thyroid problem.
