Your symptoms sound as if you have low blood pressure, not high.

Dizziness on standing usually means you heart is not pumping blood hard enough from your legs to reach your brain immediately.

yes i have been diagnosed by my gp and no i have not been given any medication for it

That use to happen to me all the time as well , I really didnt want to get on meds , Just cause of all the side affects that come along with the meds, but I didn’t want my pressure to get worse so I google natural ways to lower blood pressure and found this great device called Resperate I have been using it for 3mounths and my pressure is down ..
