Sugr Busters diet.....eliminate and white sugar, white dread, rice and pasta. Opt for whole grain/whole wheat. Eat lchicken and turkey, skin free, fish and lean beef (2x a week). All fruits and vegestble, although emlinimate carrots and potatoes. Can have seet potatoes. I loose 2-3 pounds a week doing this. Can have whole grain cereal, butter no fat milk, Grilled chicken salad all kinds of good things and lots and lots of water (I drink a couple quarts a day! IM if you'd like...I am 50 this year and have maintained a size 10 for 35 years. USe to be a 14-16! Oh, and you have to walk for 20 minutes non stop 3-4 times a week. Not asking for much but this works! Good luck!

Atkins sux and so does that mediterrrean diet, the south beack diet sux the wrose. I als know how hte weight worker program works if you are interested! LMK! I hate seeing folks spend hard earned $ on a diet plan.........
