I know that i'm going to get mines shots done when she's born, but there are so many different opinions on this matter at the end of the day if you think it's best for your baby then get them done but if you don't then don't get them done. Sorry that's all the advise i can give

a few shots are combined now, they try there best, i think at 2 mths jordynne had 3 shots total since a couple were combined then the oral one for rotavirus.

There are a lot of different opinions around immunizations and whether to give them or not. This is a pretty touchy subject with some people.

I did a fair amount of researchand decided not to give my baby his Hep B shot in the hospital. It's one that has caused questions as to whether it caused problems, and we are not in an area where we are at risk, so he'll have it in a while. I will also wait for the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) until he's a bit older and when I do have him immunized for them I plan to ask for them to be without mercury.

Some of the shots you shouldn't wait on. Ask your baby's doc what they recommend. I am lucky to have found one who agrees with me and respects my decision to hold off on some.

i have done a good amount of research as well. i wish i had never done the hep b shots at all. im pretty sure my son isnt giong to be having unprotected sex and doing heroin as an infant. i am also delaying all other shots until 2 years of age, and at that point i may only do one or two of the immunizations.
here is where you can start doing your research if you are interested:
