Q: Do Diet Aids Interfere With Bi-polar Meds?

I have recently been diagnosed as being bi-polar(which explains a lot of my life experiences LOL)....my question is this, I want to resume a diet I have previously been successful at, but am afraid it will interfere with my meds. I have been prescribed Depakote(250mg) and Citalopram(Celexa)10mg....

I'm still in the beginning stages and will be suggesting that we up the dosage a teensy bit, but I am liking the effect of these meds, once again at a smidgen higher dosage.

Until I see my doc, who isn't very helpful anyhow(it's like an assembly line- drive thru meds)...I wanted to know if any diet aids, for ex: Metabolife, Farenheit, Cortisol, etc...would be harmful.

Thank you.
