many times dark circles have nothing to do with sleep. they can be a sign of food intolerance, or vitamin deficiencies. you can ask your doctor about this. in the meantime, get some good concealer. go to a cosmetics counter and get matched, i would avoid drugstore concealers.

.i have them as well. .i am also severely anemic and have been for years. .i take daily iron supplements as well so.i am not tired all of the time. .i do not like red meat very mush so .i don't real;y get iron from any naturally sources. .you might have something like that wrong or it could be genetic as well.

well my mom is anemic and the last time i tried to donate blood i couldn't because they said my iron level was a little low.

could i possibly be becoming anemic as well?

I also got those dark circles once, for I work 9 hourse every night and that I also get tried and sleepy all the time...That Is why i used to sleep more...And I look for something that could help me in this problem of mine, something that I dont have to take medications anymore...Just a natural remedie for this...And it actually helped me..All this darks circles around my eyes are gone.
