If it is indeed Hypoglycemia...Everything Stan suggests is right on. I've had hypog for just about 5 years and the first two years I had no clue! I was ignorant to the fact of hypog..I thought I was reacting to stress until i was positively diagnosed reactive hypoglycemia ( increased sugar low every couple hours) as time goes on left untreated ( or at least not changing your diet ) You can start getting issues in other areas of your health. I'm no docter...just very experienced...I'm sensitive to any sugars (carbs) in whatever form. I find that it may take a few weeks for your sugar to level when following high protein ( lean meats included ) diet with limited complex carbs like green veggies, nuts and then fats. This keeps me at my best. I don't feel like I'm losing my mind and that everything makes me feel sick. Although I have to eat 5,6 or even 7 small meals/snacks a day I can live a normal life! Hope this helps someone.
