Hello, I'm new here. My name is Jencarlene and I have recurring anorexia and bulimia. i am newly diagnosed and new to these boards, so I'm not sure how to post without sounding triggering. I understand that most boards do not allow certain kinds of talking that might trigger others or feed into the problem. All I know is that I have low self-esteem, a distorted body image and when I get upset or stressed (I recently broke up with a boyfriend) I have symptoms of my eating disorder. It seems like the only way I can feel in control is if I control my body. And that is by not eating. I hate food. I wish I didn't have to eat. I wish there was just some pill I could take for nutrition.
Thanks for listening.

Especially eHealthy
nothing you wrote is triggering at all, my suggestion is not to post tips of any sort or something that can give someone a tip, and not to post height weights etc, if someone wishes to know the weight of someone they can PM them etc. Because people seeing weights etc can be triggering, i think tonight i am going to make a sticky post or permanent post with some rules to help out so no one gets triggered etc. Smile thank you
