i have this weird habit of holding my arms against myself........and i dont know why.....???i dont feel nervous......and some times covering my face....??? does anyone have a simialr problem like that....???

I haven't experienced that before, covering my face with my hands...But do you do that all the time? What make you cover your face and does anything triggers you to do that? this link is not approved
