when i see it i pronounce it lay-lee which is what i call my daughter (layla)

Yeah, I left when there were a lot of name-calling and bashing posts going on. I checked back a couple times, but my hubby lost his job about a week before .Logan was born, and then things got a little crazy. Our car was out of commission because it had been struck by lightening, .Logan came early, dh didn't have a job and we had to find somewhere cheaper to live.

We got lucky, though. After .Logan got out of the hospital, we stayed with my parents for a couple weeks while my family and friends fixed up a house owned by my mom's best friend. They cut us a really great deal in rent, and the neighborhood is awesome. My mom teaches at the school down the street, so .Logan and I walk over to see her a lot.

I remember just about everyone who's replied here except, of course, the ones who joined after I left. I remember you!

And the Halloween photo was not professional. My mom and I put him in his little outfit and drove down to where a church was selling pumpkins. They let us take the photo there.
