yes the more you about it, the more the stress will make you dizzy. Like I said before, the more you think about it, the worse it's going to be (well, it may not be worse, but you'll think it is). The best thing to do would be to go to a ear, nose and throat dr, if you haven't already.
Also, can you think of anything else in your life that might be buggin you? I know i've got a lot of other things going on right now that's making things worse for me. Sorry for making these posts so long but it's just that I know exactly what you're going through.
I'm going to take qt3's advice and pick up that book. You should also find something to do to pass the time so you dont keep thinking so much about it. Pick up a book, go for walks, take up a hobby... Just anything to help take your mind off it.

I just can't mention enough that the more you do something to take your mind off it the better everything should be.
