Q: Hypertrophied Anal Papillae

Does anybody know anything about these things? I had a colonoscopy done and the doc found a "hypertrophied anal papillae on retroflex view", meaning just outside my rectum. He didn't even really mention it or seem worried about it. But I read it on my colonoscopy report he gave me. Should I be worried?

Extremely eHealthy
They are just skin tags. Most cause no symptoms, but sometimes they can grow and become uncomfortable. if this happens they can be removed.
