i have been having stomach cramps over a week before menstruation and also they worsen while i play sports. any help

Hi, I would ask if you had informed your OBGYN or family Dr what has been going on. You could have ovarian cyst or just bad periods like I use to have......... Cramps are a normal thing but you being in pain a week before each period, I would most certainly talk to your Dr about. Good luck!
