Kidney Conditions Answer A2654
I can’t answer your question until all the medical investigations of blood & urine analyses are completed. According to the description and projection of the pain (in the groin area and testicle), you might be experiencing a kidney stone traveling through the ureter down to the bladder. Diagnostic procedures such as an abdominal ultrasound are necessary to see if the stones are present. I am also not sure about what a “thin white layer in the urine” indicates. It might be evidence a urinary tract infection but laboratory urinary analyses will confirm that first. You can go to an internist for examinations.
