My 8 year old daughter has had the same systems except on the right side. I had taken her to the doctors several times and they had said she had blockage and was constipated however she was still going. We had blood work done and everything came back normal but 8 weeks later still on myralax. So we went to a pedeatric gastologist which basically told us it was just in her head and all she has is gas HUH! His words were she is not in pain and is active, however I explained she is uncomfortable and at night you can feel the bubbles in her stomach at night. So he has her now taking over the counter probiotics and said if it doesn't go away to come back in 2 weeks. This very frustrating because I know that what my daughter is going through is not in her head each night she askes me if I can give her something to make it go away please! If anyone finds anything out please let me know.

RE: Left side rib cage fullness...like a baby's foot is stuck
Hello everyone out there. About three weeks ago I helped my daughter, who is 37 weeks pregnant, packed, cleaned and move her house. On day two my midback felt AWFUL. By day 3 or 4 I started experiencing the "fullness" feeling under my rib cage, and feeling like something was 'stuck'...three weeks later and it's still there. I've been to the chiro about 5 times and he says I have scoliosis. One morning i even woke up and could see that my rib cage had shifted or something on the left side and I had a protrusion coming out of the front of my left rib cage. He adjusted me and it went away however, I remain constantly with the "feeling of something stuck, moving or fullness on the left side of my rib cage almost to the waist area. This is so frustrating as i have a terminally ill husband who I have to care for. I also have fibromyalgia too....blessings to all of you out there suffering from this. I've never had anything like this before.

sincerely, Barb

I had the same problem before I started taking alot of fiber, drinking water, and eating alot of greens...even went vegan. Every now and then though, I feel like there's muddy water rushing around in me and when I drink I feel like it's pouring into my chest cavity. I feel a sharp pain in my groind area just at penis level and extending to the hips and the belly button. I feel like my lower abs are being pulled down and my lower body is handing by a thread from my upper back. When I've tried doing stretched for my lower back, they work my abs. I am short of breath and I probably have a haital hernia from bing eating one night stoned...I felt a pop in my abs. I am obese. I am looking for help, but I dont know where I should go. I feel like there's a split down the middle of my body from my chest cavity to my scrotum. I was checked for a scrotal hernia...I don't have one visible.

Feel like something is under my rib cage on the left side
I definitely understand what everyone is going through. I have been like this for several year; about 7 or 8 at least. This pain under my left rib cage has been a nightmare. It feel like something is their and it never goes away. I can press down and it relieves me as long as I continue to press down. I wish I had a solution to our problem. Being that I have had it so long... it has caused weakness in my arm and leg. Sometimes I feel like I may be having a stroke or heart attack. The pain went away for about week since I have had it, but it ia back again. If anyone can fine a permenent solution please post it. God Bless all of you and I hope you can find a way to relieve yourselves until a cure is found.

I'm so glad i'm not the only one- The hospital and Doctors were beginning to make me feel like I was going Crazy

I've had for the past 6 months a lot of pressure under my left breast and moves in-between my rib cadge and makes it uncomfortable for me to sit.

I went to the hospital last week for an Anxiety attack which I've never had in my life.

The doctors said it's stress or an ulcer. I'm now on Anxiety Pills ( which help ) but the pressure still remains.

I'm just super glad i'm not insane because my only description was.... It feels like I have an alien in me moving around.

My heart goes out to all of you, I've only had this for 6 months and it's made a huge impact on my job/husband/ and life.

I have the same issue, I am 40 and have a feeling of "something" under my left rib cage. I take Nexium and Gaviscon for GERD, and I have had colon resection. WTH is this? It is irritating.

Same problem here. It's very disturbing and it takes my breath away. I sometimes feel it in my arm and up my long until my neck. It bubbles all the time under my left low rib and it pushes my stomach so that air comes out. It does not really hurt but it sure is very annoying! Lucky all your comments proof that I am not hallucination because that is how my doctor makes me feel. I will try the LomiLomi massage!

left side pain
guys i hate to say i know how you all feel....have had this problem for awhile and for the last 3 years I have been trying to treat it with various doctors...they find nothing. The only doctor who thinks he knows whats wrong is pain management doctor and he is just treating me with a nerve pain pill, bc in his medical opinion, it is related to a damaged or oversensitive nerve.

I will say this...the best treatment that I have come across is meditation. It is the only thing out there that will give me relief and leads me to believe this pain / discomfort /pressure may result from a unbalanced energy flow through the body. I have no scientific data to prove that and frankly, I don't feel I need anything other than my own intuition.

Worst things you can do are become paralyzed by the discomfort, stop excersizing regularly, think about what could be wrong, and most importantly negative thinking in general - remain positive, take a look into chakra meditation and you will find, in my opinion, the only reliable treatment for this!

Indeed I can say the same about the meditation. It sure does help! I know started to take Eleutherococcus tincture and that gives me a great relieve too! I'm still building it up with 3 times 10 drops a day and next week I will start to take 3 times 20 drops a day. I hope that will take it all away. <3
