Q: What Exactly Happened to Me Today?

Embarassed Ok I just wanted to ask. I havent slept properly in the last two days. Ive been half asleep and half awake which I find very strange. Today although Ive been tired Ive had the worst migrane for at least 4 hours, my hands went numb at one point and Ive been feeling nauseus pretty much all day. I feel quite bloated too. Either I think it might be from my back - I sit all day in a bad position by a computer.
There might be a possibility I could be pregnant (but my period was only about 2 weeks ago)
Or the lack of sleep, which strangeley I hardly noticed was happening (first time it's happened) Crying or Very sad

What do you think...could this be any of these?

p.s I do have a history of panic attacks

cervical spine herniation that only matches one symptom there is no possibility it is cervical spine... have you eaten any veggies or fruits recently (within the last two days) that maybe didnt taste the greatest or maybe undercooked meat...could be E.coli causes numbness of extremities...the nausea could also explain E.coli...also if youve been extremely stressed i could also say you are having panic attacks...they will change sleep habits and can also cause pain in multiple areas, i would reccomend you go to the doctor to rule out hypertension, infection, acute arrythmia or GERD wich can manifest itslef mentally in many ways sorry i cant help more

kirbman1 - you trying to make the poor girl paranoid? mentioning e.coli to someone with a history of panic attacks is not wise. i herniated a disc in my c4/c5. i had many of the same symptoms. sorry, i must be stupid. also, did you notice the original post was in 2007? get a hobby, dude. glance
