I was trying to search the web regarding this question but couldnt find any info.. Mad

I know stress effects your body in alot of ways, and about a month ago i broke up with my boyfriend and was devasted. i couldnt eat properly and was stressed to the nines!! We got back together and things are better than they were before, but would that stress effect the efficiency of my birth control? I know im probably getting carried away but i dont know this man enough to want a baby with him!

any help thanks!!

I can't say for sure, but I don't think so. As long as your still using it right I don't think stress would lower the effectiveness.
