Hi
Hello, I just happened upon your site, and see its days old....sorry. IS it possible you are eating too much fiber? Depending on how much high fiber and fruits you are consuming, I too stay full of gas. Try one or two fruits a day, and whole grain breads, crackers, chicken or fish instead of beef.Fresh vegetables and cooked like green beans. Also, eat slower and chew using more bites. My problem was I wolfed everythign down and was swallowing so much air. Oh, I also had to put chewing gum out of my diet. I do know high protein and high fiber beans(any dried beans) will blow the roof off! Hope this has helped some!
