Q: Frequent Bladder Infections

I've had frequent bladder infections since I was a child.
I have it on average 4 times a month maybe? Some times it takes a couple days until it really lets up.
It's very aggrivating. Anyone have any coping mechenisims so that it's not so frequent?

Thanks.

oregano essential oil for frequent bladder infections
I have had re-accruing bladder infections since I was a teenager. I learned that essential oils work as long as they are fresh. Oregano oil works the best for me. I estimate this oil stays fresh for a year. I add 1-3 drops to 1/4-1/2 tsp. brown sugar. I consume that and wash it down with water. I take that 1-2 times a day. When I am feeling ill or having bladder problems. This oil is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding people and or children. I have taken some during first trimester of last child born and during breast-feeding with no problems. I used a-lot less essential oil with success. I also found that stress and eating access sugar causes me frequent urination leading to bladder infection.
