Warning, this subject is gross and embarrassing so if you don't want to be grossed out don't read this.

Okay, so I have this liquid discharge stuff coming out of my anus. It has a bad odor and is a lime green color. I've been searching online for information about this and I found that anal fistulas have this as one of its symptoms. The other symptoms are pain around the anus and a swollen anus along with drainage of blood and pain in the lower abdomen. I have no pain or blood and I don't think my anus is swollen but I wouldn't know what a swollen anus feels or looks like. I only have one symptom so i'm not sure if this is something else. I also think I had constipation a few days ago and don't know if this is related. I had the symptoms of passing a motion less often than usual, having to strain to pass a motion, a feeling of incomplete bowel emptying, straining was ineffective and no motion was passed and quickly felt full in stomach when eating. I'm not sure if this anal discharge is a side effect of that. Constipation can be caused by a lack of liquid so I thought this might just be that liquid. And sometimes I will also get diarrhea after eating. I usually get it if I haven't eaten in a long time and then do eat and sometimes I will get diarrhea after only eating cereal for breakfast or having a snack. I've also read online that diarrhea is a sign of constipation so i'm not sure if this is related to it or not. I probably have diarrhea once a weak and i'm not sure if this is normal or if I have a weak stomach or constipation. I don't think I have constipation any more but I am very concerned about this anal discharge. I have no clue what is going on or what is normal or what i'm supposed to do or anything. And i'm not sure if this information is important or not but i'm also a female and a teen.
