Hello

I am Zack..24 years old. I suggested by my friend that a supplement called St johns wort is a effective treatment of mild-to-moderate depression. I found it from a company called Simply supplements . I bought it yesterday but haven’t used it. I like to get some advice from you who used this product before.

From what I know about St John wort.. It is a calming herb. I an not sure if it will help with depression, But I would think being calm would be a good state of mind.

St Johns Wort can help with depression but you need to make sure you do not take it with any other anti depressents. It is a natural form of an anti depressent. Speak with your local pharmisist ir Dr and they should be able to give you some advice.

I found a site for you. I dont know how useful it will be but you way want to give it a read

St Johns Wort is very effective, there are studies to prove it too, you can look them up on PubMed.
Best to get professional guidance about dosage though, and it needs to be taken consistently, and not with other anti-depressants as Akkette said.
