I took a pregnancy test a week after I was late and it said I wasent than I took another a few days later and it said I was so yeh verry big chance u could be preg even though the test says neg

I have been feeling really tired lately and some lower/side ab pains within the past couple of weeks. I had a little bit of spotting yesterday which I thought might be the start of my period but then nothing since.

Are these signs??? I feel really dumb but I just don't know.
