i have phelm in the back of my throat all
the time for the past 6months i have tried
every thing i can not sleep because of it
, i have even tried putting a spoon to
the back of my throat to pull it out but
nothing works it is driving me mad please
can you help thank you

investigate the phelgm at the back of your
throat. You may harm yourself using a
spoon to extract mucus. An ENT-examination
