Q: Phlegm / Muscus at the back of the Throat

i have phelm in the back of my throat all the time for the past 6months i have tried every thing i can not sleep because of it , i have even tried putting a spoon to the back of my throat to pull it out but nothing works it is driving me mad please can you help thank you

You might visit an ENT-specialist to investigate the phelgm at the back of your throat. You may harm yourself using a spoon to extract mucus. An ENT-examination can indicate if you are truly experiencing phlegm, or something else.
