Hi everyone new here so bare with me.
I'm a 20 year old male and from a young
teen age I noticed I could not pull my
foreskin back when it wasn't erect or even
when it was erect. I started to be able to
pull it back when I was in the bath when
it wasn't erect from a young teen age. It
pulls back just fine now weather in the
bath or not so I guess what I was doing in
the bath worked I also used to pull it
back and leave it back for an hour or two
throughout the day to help stretch it.
Only since about 2 years ago have I
managed to be able to pull it back when
its erect but it used to hurt loads
trying. I can pull it back now when my
penis is erect but its exstremely tight
and the string bit underneath goes white
as its being pulled so tight, probibly
very close to tearing if I was to have sex
like that, infact it would be to paintful
to even try like that as I cannot
masterbate when my foreskin is pulled back
and erect at the same time. When my penis
is erect normally it has no intentions of
wanting to pull the foreskin back at all
anyways. Sometimes the tip of my forskin
tears slightly on the top of the skin like
half a mm so its not deep but its gets
very sore and theres even slight scarring
from previous tears. Practicing in the
bath from a young age has gotten me pretty
far in being able to pull it back but its
come to a point were its to painfull as it
tears if I keep trying and the other day
it actually swelled up around the tip of
the foreskin underneath were all the blood
vessals are. When my penis is erect and I
do pull the foreskin back the foreskin
will roll back and not slide back. So it
looks kinda like a lip under the head of
the penis which is pulling the thin string
bit underneath to be far to tight. So the
day after it swelled up I went to the
docters and he booked me an apointment in
a general urolgy clinic.
I just wondered if anyone else has had
this problem or has had a circumcicion at
a late age and would kinda give me any
advice. I don't know yet they may not even
circumcise me but I think they need to as
this is a medical issue and nothing to do
with religion as I'm physical in pain at
times. If they was to circumcise me they
would only need to snip a good cm tops
anymore then the head of my penis would
rub against fabric in my underwear and
would make my penis feel to sore all the
time as its now to sensitive due to the
fact its pretty much always been behind
the foreskin.

I have a similar problem.
I believe it is called "frenulum breve"
which means the frenulum is too short and
stopping the foreskin from going back.
Apparently you might not need to have a
circumcision to solve this problem.
Something called a frenuloplasty
procedure.
Yes it seems the frenulum breve is
seriously the problem. Also I seriously
thinks its my foreskin to as when I pull
it back slightly you can see its actually
tight before its even started to bother
the frenulum. Its tight enough to look
like a band around the tip. Well thats how
the doc put it lol.
I'll go check it out and see what happens.
My apointments late may though.
I havn't told my parents yet but I'm due
to receive a latter soon with all the
apointment details onit so I guess if they
see it they will find out. I just don't
know how to tell them right now. Or might
not even bother.
Local anerstetic would be nice if they was
to do something. I had that last june due
to an operation I have on my lower back.
Puts you right to sleep, feels quite nice.
Also I here people have had 3 needles in
the penis to numb it so they can do the
whole process while your awake.

Hey. I suffer from the exact same thing,
i tried stretching exercises but it just
gets stuck and constricts my glans halfway
down the head when erect. Then if i try
further the frenelum comes into play and i
feel that pulling uncomfortably tight.
My parents can
tell there's something up with me coz im
down and all that but i can't bring myself
to tell them when they ask!
I've thought the same about the
circumcision, the skin under my foreskin
is painfully sensitive though (maybe coz
the smegma stuff had collected over the
years which i cleaned up when flacid the
other week) and if this is exposed it will
sting in my underwear (unless i get it
treated if there is a
treatment).....anyone with any suggestions
please??
