It is the hardest thing I have ever done. I joked about it at my first daughter's first birthday. I said it was a birthday/done nursing party. Little did I know I was about 3 weeks pregnant with number two. I am able to stay home with them so I feel like it's my job. I am going to stop at one year again. I can't wait. I don't like to talk to people about it because I make it sound terrible. But the bottom line is - we have milk for our babies, it is the perfect food for them always. It changes with their needs. And I have a girlfriend who's son is about 3 months older than chai. He has had two very nasty sicknesses and some colds. My girls have never had anything serious. My older daughter has had one ear infection when she was 20 months, that's as bad as it has gotten. So, that helps me to continue.

With my daughter I tried to breastfeed and she wouldn't take to it so I didn't push it being a single first time mom she was a very healthy baby never really sick, with my son i'm choosing bottles due to the fact I am going to end up having surgery after he is born for my back and I am in need of muscle relaxors to calm severe muscle spasms in order to sleep and since my daughter was always healthy I am going to go with the playtex nursers.

my girls love the playtex ventair, it was the only nipple I could find that doesn't leak, and milk doesn;t come all out the sides of their mouths while they are eating
i can't afford those w/ emma, but I buy the nipples... They lie when they say those nipples only work with those bottles...I use them so emma won;t drown herself!!!
