Q: Rash on inner thigh: herpes or STD?

I have been engaging in unprotected oral sex for three months with my boyfriend. For the past week, i have noticed a tingling feeling on the tip of my penis. It is just a slight irritation and i don't notice it all the time, mainly when my clothing rubs against it or I think about it. Two days ago I had a small rash along the area between my scrotum and my inner thigh, although it appears to be getting less red and appears to be going away. Could this be herpes or another std?

Genital herpes is painful and manifest in 4 stages: erythema, papule, vesicula and crust. A small rash that appears to be going away in the area between the scrotum and inner thigh doesn’t seem to be some kind of STD. The irritation could be some allergic skin reaction.
