Are yuo talking about acne? If so alot of medicines specially prescribed ones make it worse before it gets better i think they take about 6 wks to take affect, i was always impatient and stopped using them before they helped. pro active i tried and it worked quite well. I use medicated face wash at the moment. Also if she wears makeup at all wash it off at night before bed. they have special lotions that take it off really well too. there are sooo many different medicine options and face creams out there its more of a trial and error , some work for some people but not for others.

thanks for that she is in a hurry to get rid and wears make up to hide them I went out and bought some tea tree oil and it is working already and she has only been using it for the last two days it works really well and it also takes the redness out of them thank you
