Q: Wierd Hard Bump Underneath Skin of Penis

when my penis is erect it seems like there is somthing hard underneath the skin, it doesnt bother me, and it only comes when it is erect. seems like a cyst of some sort but not sure. anyone have any idea what this could be, it just showed up about 2 weeks ago. thanks

Could be. Only a doctor can really say, might as well see one to rule out anything bad.
