when you get early U/S like at 6 weeks are the due dates more accurate then the ones you would get @ week 20 ??? just curious

The due date shouldn't change that much at either appointment. Due dates are important to know the age of the fetus, but you'll find that baby will decide when it is coming whether the ultrasound put a time stamp on it or not!
If your due date 'changes' - it will be your doctor who tells you what it changes to. Some doctors won't change the due date if there are only a few days difference.
