I take medicine for depression. It just seems that it isn't working, I just feel so worthless and ugly. I don't like feeling this way. Any advice how to get rid of this feeling? Higher dose?

I would go see whoever prescribed the medication. It may be the wrong dose, I wouldn't change the dosage unless instructed by your physician.

It could be it isn't the right medication for you. It could be you haven't been on it long enough. It can take from 3 weeks to a couple of months before you see significant benefits from it.
