Q: Can Egg White Discharge Appear Even Without Ovulation?

Hi!

I am diagnosed with PCO and although we're not trying to conceive but I haven't been pregnant for 5 months now. I just have a question though... Is it possible to have an egg white discharge even if you're not ovulating? Or is it a sure sign though that you have an egg?

I had the same problem. I was diagnosed with pcos a few weeks ago. The months prior to my diagnosis I would get several patches of ewcm and my period became pretty much non existent. I don't think I was ovulating at the time. Lo and behold I found out I was pregnant two weeks ago. I had lost all hope and was waiting for fertility treatments and now here I am.
