No, the reason for the pink blood is probably not pregnancy; lack of blood is a sign of pregnancy. The fact that you are bleeding indicates something else. If you are already pregnant the pink blood could be a sign of miscarriage. You can take a home pregnancy test to understand a little more about what is happening. If it is positive, then it seems that you are pregnant and should appeal to your gynecologist immediately. If the test is negative, you are probably not pregnant . In that case, the bleeding you are experiencing is probably your delayed period. You might want to consult your gynecologist to confirm the reason for the abnormal bleeding.
