After struggling with a life-threatening eating disorder from the age of 19 through 30 years old, I have been working on myself on all levels for over 20 years – physically, emotionally and spiritually – and feel that I have a unique gift. I am not a therapist or a nutritionist, however, I have degrees in Community Relations and Social Services as well as Cultural Studies. Personally, I believe that nothing compares with first-hand experience. I would like to share my newfound freedom and peace with food and would be pleased to help you in any way I can.
