I've heard that taking robitussin can help. A lot of people take it monthly when ttc.

I take two to three evening primrose a day. I just recently ran out and haven't been back to the store, and I swear there is a difference in my cm. I have been taking it religiously for the past 5 months or so. It is also very good for pms symptoms and your mood swings that may be associated with pms. At least for me it always helps.

No I don't know about that. I have heard a few things about some other "fixes" that you should only take until you ovulate. I read somewhere that you can take geritol tonic and that you should take it the day you start af and then stop when you ovulate. I also heard the same thing with the robitussin. I haven't heard that about the evening primrose oil. I have been taking them everyday like a vitamin suplement for about 5 months now. I used to take them and cranberry pills every day while I was in high school and college. I got a little lazy in the vitamin department for a while.

Does anyone else know or think that I shouldn't be taking them every day of my cycle???
