Hi, I had a total hysterectomy April 12th 2007. I work a very hard job in construction. The cancer Dr. said no lifting over ten pounds for 6 weeks and off for 8. I have not been back to my regular o.b. I do not think he knows what i really do for a living. My tools along weigh 50 pounds and we pull, push, and lift up to 150 pounds. There are no elevators and lots of stairs. P.S. when should i start working out to help with my recovery. Thanks
