Q: White Spots On Eardrum

Hey you guys...
I noticed a week or so ago that my husband has these small white spots at the bottom edge of his eardrum. Does this sound like anything? He's always, always had sinus issues and has been experiencing hearing loss for quite some time, which we figured was because he's a courier for FedEx in the loud trucks.
