Q: I Really Need to Know =/

Okay, so me and my boyfriend were having sex, when the condom slipped off. (Sorry to get into detail) So we went straight to the clinic to get an ECP pill. Since I took it in less than 24 hours, it was 95% guaranteed to work. But i just ovulated and now i am having brown discharge and somewhat am on my period.
Does this mean i'm pregnant? Someone please help.
