I am not sure if this is the right place. But, my bofriend and I just had sex.. literally like an hour ago. I am not on birth control but I am using condoms and such to prevent pregnancy. Well, he condom broke and now Im concerned that I might get pregnant. My last period was on March 18th and since it is April 8th, I am not sure if my egg is fertile. I was starting to get that brown discharge like I would before I get my period so this leads me to believe that I may be fertile and if so.. I have the potential of getting pregnant now.. I want to get the morning after pill to prevent but how should I do that without my mom knowing?

1st thing i would do is locate a local pharmacy, such a Rite-Aid or savon or cvs so forth, and try to look online to see if your local drug store offers the morning after pill. go to the pharmacy and talk to one of the pharmacist, tell them your situation and ask them to prescrible the pill to you. It'll cost around 30-60 bucks i believe. There has to be a pharmacist there inorder to prescrible u the medicine.

If you want to do this without ur mom knowing, i guess you can just tell her that u need to walk to the drugs store really fast to get some pain-relievers or something.

Correct me if i'm wrong about getting the morning after pill, cause i know that you can obstain it from a local pharmacy.

I hope everything works out.

You can try Family Planning or Planned Parenthood. They will give you a pap smear and birth control if you want it too, and they do not tell parents anything.

In the Future...
My doctor told me that if I was planning on using a barrier method (like condoms) that she would give me a prescription for the map that I could keep it around just in case something like that happens. It's a good thing to ask for if you can.

Just an idea.

I live in Orlando as well. My local CVS carries it. It is about 50-60 dollars. No rx nessicary.
