You will be expierencing many wierd aches and pains through out the 1st trimester. The lower cramps can be normal because of the stretching, but because of already having a miscarriage before keep a close eye on them and if you feel that they are becoming extreme do go in to see your doctor. As for side aches this goes along with the stretching, your internal area is going through dramatic changes and things are getting moved to accomodate to the changes.
Nausea was different with my 3 pregnancies. My first I was nauseated for 6 months and the only thing that I was able to hold down was Romen Noddles, my second was for about 4 months with him noodles made me sick yet diet Dr pepper was my life saver it helped with getting the gas bubbles to release I burped so much in that pregnancy for my last son it was ice water and crackers. Sometimes it may take a while to find the one thing that helps settle your stomach, once you find it stick with it. Everyone is different though yours could end up being ice cream or something you never know until you sample around. Cackers and slow sips of water are a common nausea calmer. Some nausea can associated to a build up of gas so maybe try a carbinated drink such as sprite, 7up, or root beer Just suggestions. May be a small glass of milk. Like I said sample around.
As for stress, loves to follow us no matter where we go, try relaxation methods, hot baths, quiet rooms with music or do some reading, go for a drive. What ever might help you relax. Then of course try to walk away, when you can drop the subject that is stressing you out ask to drop it.
Well I hope I have been of some help but feel free to PM me anytme if you have anymore questions or if you just want to talk. Take care
