Q: Weird Stomac Pains....pregnancy?

I have been having weird stomach pains pretty much every night and have also started to feel lightly nauseaus....could these be sgns of pregnancy?
My bf and me have been trying to get pregnant.

It could be. Take a pregnancy test when your period is late.
