My boyfriend was using his fingers on me not long ago and I had an orgasm, but after I had an orgasm I told him I had it and he kept going. It didn't bother me but eventually it started to hurt me and i had to make him stop. Then when he tried it again like ... an hour later it kind of hurt. Could him continuing after I had an orgasm have caused this?

Yes, it is possible. Exactly why might depend on where the pain is.

If you felt pain your vagina, then he might have scratched you or something. That's common. A lot of people don't realize how sensitive the inside of the vagina is and that even a fingernail can do some damage.

If the pain was in your clitoris, that's also common. Some women have a sensitive clitoris and direct stimulation can be uncomfortable or painful. Sometimes everything feels fine, then all of a sudden, it becomes painful during or after orgasm. Everyone is a bit different. Some women have a really sensitive clitoris and some don't. Some women never feel pain, so they wouldn't be able to relate. For me, the pain often starts during orgasm. If any attempts at direct stimulation are made after orgasm, it is very painful for me.
