Ok, we called the lady that is taking .gilberto to court to see if we could go see the truck to get an accurate value of her truck. This is only benefiting her, because the more it's worth...the more she gets. It doesn't take a genious to figure that out. She was very defensive and she refuses to let anyone see the car. and she tells us the car is in another town (where we live) and that she doesn't have time to come here. We told her we only want to see what features it has, nothing else. And she won't tell us how many miles the truck has. She finally did tell us it was not a 4x4 (which we figured it wasn't) but we need more to go on besides that. Any suggestions? Monday the courthouse is closed, but .tuesday morning you bet I'll be calling the number they gave us. We know .gilberto has a right to that estimate too, but she won't let us see/have a copy. Why is the person wanting money being so uncooperative?

cuz she's full of sh*t and she knows that if you have the info to figure out what it's really worth then her $5k is going to be cut in half. She's a sheister (sp?). I love your new avatar pic!!

Yeah, we believe she knows her truck isn't worth much at all so she's gonna make it hell for us to get info. But we're not gonna fight with her, if she doesn't cooperate we'll simply get the absolute bottom price we can possibly find. She also has to come with proof of how much it's worth. It wouldn't surprise me if she didn't even come back to court. And she's still complaining she wants all that money in a one lump sum, pronto. Rolling Eyes

jeez, i'd probably just have someone kick her @ss and be done with it. I hate people like that. A family around here did that to us. Our dogs broke out of the yard one time and got into a fight with his pit. I got my dogs back in the house and then he came banging on our door screaming about how we we going to pay his vet bill and he was going to sue us. I like to think i'm a decent rational person so I told him that of course we'd pay it. But not to him, directly to the vet's office. I also told him that I needed a copy of his dog's shot records and dog license. Needless to say he pitched a b*tch fit and never came back. I don't think he'd ever once taken his dog to the vet because he leaves it staked outside his house 24/7/365. Rolling Eyes

My husband wanted to beat him down for screaming at me like that but it really wasn't the guys fault. My dogs were the ones that pulled a houdini and got out.

Oh, believe me, I'd love to strangle her. But the more she talks, the more I don't think it's her vehicle. She kept mentioning her sister, and how it's at her house.....and then her next story, it was here in .janesville. Rolling Eyes

I could hear pretty much the whole conversation, because she was screeming at my b-i-l. But he stayed calm, because he's not gonna be the one to look like an ass. Well, my brother so happens to work in .beloit (where this bimbo lives) so he's gonna drive around and see if he can find it. Just to see where it's at, for sh|ts and giggles.

That's too bad about your dogs getting out. It doesn't sound like that guy ever took his dog to the vet, not if it was tied out all his life. I don't understand why people get so defensive/secretive, when they are the ones who took us to court in the first place?

i'm so ticked off for you guys because she's so obviously filled with sh*t. I can't stand people like that. I doubt she'll even show up in court and I wouldn't give her a dime. And after she loses, if she called for money again, I'd press charges against her for harrassment.

Yeah, she isn't even gonna use the money to fix that truck...that's pretty ovbious. We were already in court, but .gilberto didn't agree with the amount, so now they're going back on the 19th to determine the amount he has to pay. And he's not even arguing about paying it, it's just he doesn't have $3 k to give her. He was willing to pay before court, but in payments and she wouldn't accept it. So that's her stupidity. I really hope she doesn't come for this court date.
I think she accelerated when she knew she was going to hit him, because she pushed his car across a lane, then causing his car to smash into another truck, causing $1,330.00 worth of damage....and the speed limit in that area is 25 .m.p.h

Yeah, and she had a little one in the car...born 5-17-04, even if she didn't accelerate at that point, she was obviously speeding.

I know! I don't think it was her kid, as the little girl has a different last name and address. I would be devistated of I were that little girls mother.

I'm looking for a site to do a free search on her liscense plate, to see who it's registered to. They all charge for those services tho. I've got all her info here Twisted Evil

im sorry, i really dont know what to say about all that other then that lady sounds like a typical retarded friend

but what i really want to say is, i almost started crying when you were mentioning town names, i know those places, geez i miss home so much

im not sure if you know where it is but i use to live in west bend and hartford...washington county...about 30 mintue drive forth of milwaukee

um its about an hour to an hour and a half drive north of kenosha
yeah i still have family there, well some, many of them from my mums side at least
we moved to help out my brothers (now ex) fiancee, she had problems with her bills (because shes retarded) and he wanted someone to help her out (they were both in the navy so he couldnt be there) yeah i could go on, its a long story, but im glad we moved here (well a little at least) cause otherwise i would have never met trevor
sure we can play 20 questions...is it a fruit or a vegitable? lol

you need to go before the judge and advise him that you think that the girl isn't being honest and that you would like to have your own estamate done. Advise him that you have contacted her and she hasn't made the time or effort to let you see the car and have your own estamate done with at 3rd party.....
