Q: From Your Own Experience..

I'm 5'4 and about 105, and i don't want to hear about how i shouldnt be worried. I'm not. I just want to get rid of "love handles" how do i do this? best excercise techniques?

just run. That will do it.

Experienced User
Cardio exercise (running, riding, basically anything that gets your heart rate up) will shift those love handles. It is recommended 40min 3 times a week. Exercising in the morning is also best as it fastens the metabolism and burns fat effectivly.
