Hi everyone I'm new here, recently I
realized that I easily get angry, sad
frustrated and upset. Example like just
now when I was having lunch this man gave
me stare and went I went to buy an outfilt
the salesperson pinch my stomach just
because I want something that will hide my
bulging stomach, I don't know why I can't
tell her off previously when anyone do
anything that I don't like I would tell
them off. I also have a low self-esteem
issue. Can anyone tell me what's wrong
with me?

you are normal! every woman has
experienced those emotional spells where
we read into every little detail of the
situation, usually leave us in a depressed
state. try not to worry so much! enjoy
life! look for the good in everything! i
know it may seem like trivial advice, but
trust me, it helps.
