I want to skip the placebo pills on Seasonale and move to the next pack, due to an upcoming vacation. Is there any reason not to? I am definately not pregnant.

You may skip a period by skipping the placebo pills and starting a new pack of contraceptive pills. But you should know that there is always a risk unwanted and unpredictable spotting if you do this. Skipping your regular cycles frequently by over-riding the placebo pills is not recommended.
