You told me very little about the “lower back pain after masturbation” that you experience. Is it bearable? Do you experience the pain during penetration or orgasm? If the pain is bearable and occurs only after masturbation, it would seem that it is not a condition that should be considered a disease and that should be treated, especially when all medical research indicates that you are ok.
