My name is James Von Holdt. I’m a Caucasian American, born 1976.
When I was about 19 or 20 I suddenly became very ill. In a month I lost 30 lbs of healthy muscle and had diarrhea constantly. Eating became painful in the gut, and repeated tests at the clinic yielded no results. Finally we were sent to a specialist. He immediately knew what the case was but insisted on an expensive procedure to confirm it. It cost over 3000 us$ for the procedure, involving full sedation and inserting a micro-camera up the rectum and into the large and small intestines to take photos. The photos found sores and swelling and it was confirmed, I had Chrons disease. So the doctor asks me and my single mother who both don’t have health insurance to come in and says “sit down” and explains this condition will never go away, no one knows what causes it, and that I have to take these pills EVERYDAY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE and concedes that these are anti-inflamatories that will SUPPRESS THE SYMPTOMS but do nothing to eliminate the cause. So I asked him 1 question only. “how do I have to change my diet? What should I eat more of and what foods should I avoid?” He replied no chance, just keep eating the way you always have. I immediately knew he didn’t know what the hell he was talking about and walked out, determined to find my own cure.

I sought out Chinese medicine practitioners, herbs, acupuncture. It helped but not enough. The first thing I did actually, was PRAY! I asked God to help me find a cure. And He did. I found a 7th generation 100% pure Chinese physician. That means no mixing of western and eastern medicines but only strict 100% traditional Chinese medicine. I didn’t care if it was Western or Eastern or Martian medicine, I just wanted a cure. He is 100% home taught by his father, and only went to University to get his license to practice medicine, which he does as a humanitarian service and because it is not enough income to live on so he is also a certified practicing accountant on top of that. 1 of his forefathers was the private physician for the Emperor of China. He told me how to change my diet, gave me herbs to take that caused expulsion and told me to stay close to a toilet when I take them. He gave me acupressure therapy that involved pressing on various organs and direct transfusion of his own energy and life force into me, also known as pranayama or Chee Kung. I immediately felt invigorated and that helped to push toxins out of the organs. But that didn’t cure me alone. He urged me to take up morning Chee Kung practice and taught me how, as well as advising me to eat more vegetables and fruits, water and yoghurt and to strictly 100% avoid alcohol, spicy foods, deep fried and oily foods, and all canned foods, processed foods, and bleached flour. If it wasn’t whole wheat, I didn’t eat it. I had to follow this diet for 2 years. The pain in my gut disappeared within the first month. The anti-inflammatory drugs the western doctor gave me made me feel hot, dry, and I had developed small patches of skin discoloration on the upper body, upper back and inside of elbows. I stopped taking the western drugs and the symptoms went away. For 2 years if I ever cheated and had a glass of red wine, I would immediately get the runs, and cold sores on the inside of my mouth. I took up morning Chee Kung breathing exercises and practiced them religiously and with determination.

2 years later I was completely cured and could eat French fries again and drink a bottle of red wine without any unpleasant results. When I met a friend whose cousin has Chrons disease and told him I had Chrons disease, his jaw almost hit the floor as he stared in amazement and said “But you look so healthy! Everyone who has Chrons disease looks like they are dying!” and I replied “they are”.
I was warned by the western doctor that if the condition deteriorates that they would have to operate and cut segments of my intestines out. Knowing what I know about Chinese medicine and diet, I knew that if that were to happen, that would be the beginning of the end.

I tried colonic irrigation and though I felt it had a positive impact, however ultimately it was not the decisive factor that helped me cure the disease. Strict diet, daily Chee Kung, and God’s mercy is what cured it.

It is worth noting, that often a disease or some other accident is a result of karma, and nothing else. For example I had done some research as to who usually gets Chrons disease and found it is usually young males in their 20’s who eat too much red meat and drink too much alcohol. When I had first developed the condition, I did not drink any alcohol at all and my entire family had been full vegetarians no meat fish or eggs but lots of milk, since birth. Also, my mother is a professional astrologer and before I fell ill she came to me and said I am about to get seriously ill and that it would last for 2 years. I almost laughed in her face as I was so incredibly healthy, and would never fall ill even when sometimes my mother and brother who lived with me in our small Hong Kong apartment would come down with the flu. But she was accurate in her prediction as to when the disease came and when it left. In Vedic culture it is explained that sometimes people develop some disease or other misfortune to pay for their past misdeeds.

In a nutshell Chrons disease or any other colitis of the intestines is about too much garbage, and cant get it out fast enough. Imagine if you produce 2 bags of garbage in the kitchen daily, but your maximum capacity to remove the garbage is only 1 bag a day. After a while, that’s Chrons disease. The solution is stop producing so much garbage. That means no more canned foods, deep fried foods, alcohol, soda pop, yes sorry that means no Mountain Dew or Coca Cola or Dr. Pepper, ever again, for life! less spicy foods, no bleached or processed flour or breads. More fresh fruits, vegetables, switching to a vegetarian diet, at least temporarily, more yoghurt, water. Daily exercise that should produce a small sweat but not exhaust, and Pranayama or Chee Kung. I recommend the following books to help on this subject. Dr. Michael Colgan, Optimum Sports Nutrition. Daniel Reed, the Tao of Health, Sex, and Longevity. Devendra Vora, Health in your hands 1, and 2. And if you want a permanent cure to all diseases and misfortunes then the Bhagavad Gita As It Is Macmillan 1972 edition.

His fee for treatment was an insignificant fraction compared to what the western doctors charged for the diagnosis and the drugs I was to take everyday-for-the-rest-of-my-life.

And more importantly the reason why I am taking the time to write this.
The FDA is trying to ban and make illegal ALL Alternative Medicine practices. And if we do nothing, they will succeed in this.
English philosopher Edmund Burke said, ‘The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.’

Chinese Doctor
Hi James
My sister has been battling with chrons for the past 7 years. She tried getting off the drugs supplied by the doctors, but didn't have enough guidance. She is now back on the drugs.

I read your post, and would love to know more about the treatment that you got from the chinese doctor.

Specifically:

- How many times did you visit the doctor?
- Was the treatment all related to changing the diet? or were supplements involved as well?
- What was the cost?
- How did you hear about him?

I look forward to your reply. Thank you Smile
