How old do babies need to be before they can use an exersaucer? I know Brayden is too little now but I really want to get him one so I was just wondering when I good time to purchase it would be!

finn just started enjoying his a few weeks ago, around 4 months. before then he didn't really have the hand/eye cooridination to play with any of the toys and just sat in it looking bored.

his jumperoo, however, he's been in since 7 weeks (i wrapped a blanket around him to keep him from flopping around) and he's always loved it.

I started at around 4 months. Once Jaylee could hold her head up good and steady.

Thanks guys. Maybe I'll invest in a jumperoo first if he can use it when he's younger!

the jumperoo is awesome! i would definitely get one if i were you.

they have a new jumperoo that's also an exersaucer, it's the rainforest one by fisher-price. i would recommend that so you don't have to get 2 seperate things.

if you're interested in seeing finn enjoying his jumperoo, i have some videos up at www.dropshots.com/girlsetsfire. he *loves* it!

The rainforest jumperoo is the best! Ava has one. She loves, loves, loves it! She bounces now even though she's not in it. Bouncing's her favorite. We've been putting her in it since 3 1/2 months. She looks like she's studying or working when she's in it. She concentrates so hard. It's cute!

excersaucer trey was 2 1/2 months. he didn't do much in there except spin around though for a few weeks. his jumperoo, he was 3 1/2, 4 months old and loved it!!!! I had one of those ones that bounce off the walls if they hit the side. It has a tray all around it. very cool.
