Once you pay your $39 you then receive the recommended program and have to buy heaps of expensive, useless, stupid supplements and go an a drastic and almost impossible-to-do crash diet. As I have now found out, there is a simple, natural, effective, almost effortless and much cheaper way to cure acne that doesn't require all those expensive supplements and ridiculous crash diets. Firstly, reduce sugar, carbohydrates, processed foods and artificial foodstuffs in your diet, instead eat heaps of fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, some unrefined grains and only small amounts of chicken, red meat, dairy. Second, get into a regular sleep cycle with a good nights sleep every night. Thirdly get a little sunshine on your face each day if possible. Fourthly, apply a Magnesium Sulphate and Citric Acid lotion for 20 minutes every night to help reduce the inflammation from pimples and aid exfoliation of old skin.
